Austin State University Britt started his career as a Dental Supply Rep and advanced to anesthetics, capital equipment, 3D Imaging, practice finance, residential, and eventually healthcare commercial real estate. Britt is committed to helping doctors achieve their dreams, always extending his hand to help with the goal of giving the type of service to clients that give them peace of mind they chose the best real estate partner. Britt developed a unique advantage in the industry by working and learning alongside doctors for several years before moving into healthcare real estate. Mr. Dean knew he loved real estate early on and after a few years obtained his broker's license. He has since built his dream of a niche healthcare real estate brokerage helping those who help others!

Britt Dean also gives back to his community and state. He is a Christian man who strives to do the right thing at all costs. Outside of coaching and spending time with his wife Shannon and two beautiful daughters, Britt volunteers his time as President of his HOA and is an elected official serving as Precinct Chair in Denton County for Frisco, TX.
