Britt Dean is Founder/CEO and Principal Commercial Real Estate Broker at Dean Healthcare Realty. Licensed in the great state of Texas, Britt's known for brokering  tough but fair deals along with building lasting relationships.  Dean HCR is a  commercial brokerage service specializing in healthcare real estate.  We offer office, retail, commercial, industrial, leasing, development, and investments for our clients. For more than 20 years Britt's worked with diverse healthcare clients across Texas to build and negotiate favorable contracts for clients and help manage  complex transactions with ease. Britt leverages his unique experience in dental / medical capital equipment, construction,  and layout / design to help his clients.

Matt Evans is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Kansas, Iowa, & Wisconsin as well as an experienced Transition Consultant across 10 States. Over the years he's worked with doctors and healthcare professionals to evaluate their real estate needs. Helping professionals startup their practice, lease space, buy real estate, build their dream practice, or sell their practice. As an industry expert in the Veterinary industry, Matt has the opportunity to educate doctors at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium, Western Veterinary Conference, Lone Star Vet Academy, and many other continuing education events.  Matt can help you with your real estate as well as selling your practice.

Brad Dean is the Director of Sales / Agent and brings a wealth of knowledge after being in Healthcare industry and medical capital equipment for two decades.  Brad has a positive "can-do" attitude, and his attention to detail and expert negotiation style yields deals everyone can align on!

Kelly is an executive technologist experienced in operating digital businesses at scale. She's responsible for web, UX/UI, digital media and marketing, as well as data and analytics for Dean HCR. Her efforts enable Dean Realty to work efficiently.

Lynne has an impressive background in healthcare realty, is a dentist, and is responsible for helping physicians with leases, purchases, listing, renewals, and evaluations.
